H1N1 flu immunization clinics set
NORTH PROVIDENCE - Health Department vaccination clinics at North Providence schools:
Centredale School, TODAY, 4 to 8 p.m.
Greystone School, Nov. 13, 4 to 8 p.m.
Marieville Elementary School, Nov. 16, 4 to 8 p.m.
Stephen Olney School, Nov. 24, 4 to 8 p.m.
Birchwood Middle School, Nov. 30, begins 8:30 a.m.
James L. McGuire School, Dec. 2, 4 to 8 p.m.
St. Mary's Home for Children/Hunt Campus School, Dec. 8, school day.
Dr. Joseph A Whelan Elementary School, Dec. 9, 4 to 8 p.m.
North Providence High School, Dec. 11, begins 8:30 a.m.
Dr. Edward A. Ricci Middle School, Dec. 15, begins 8:30 a.m.
Some children attend kindergarten in preschool settings that will not offer clinics. These kindergartners should receive the H1N1 vaccine from their pediatricians or family physicians, the school department said. Pediatricians and family physicians have been directed to vaccinate children who attend private/independent kindergarten programs even if they are over the age of 5.
