Pasta dinner to benefit Guardian Angel Cat Haven
SCITUATE - A Pasta and Meatball Dinner and Raffle to benefit the cats of The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc. will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the North Scituate Community House, 549 West Greenville Road, Route 116, North Scituate, 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
A donation of $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 4-12 is requested. This event is free for children 3 and younger.
The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc. announces that it has received its 501(c)(3) non-profit status from the IRS.
The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc. is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to providing hospice care in a permanent, caring, loving, and safe home for cats that have immuno-compromised health conditions (i.e., FIV, FeLV, FIP, etc.) and other chronic health conditions that require lifelong medical treatment; therefore, these cats are ineligible for adoption to other permanent, caring, loving, and safe homes. The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc. is also committed to help facilitate the adoption of healthy cats to permanent, caring, loving, and safe homes.
Those wishing to make a tax-deductible monetary donation to support The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc. can do so by mailing it to The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc., 581 Trimtown Road, P.O. Box 15, North Scituate, R.I. 02857, or visit the Web site at guardianangelcathaveninc.org and click on the PayPal link.
With the holiday season quickly approaching, visit the Brown & Hopkins Country Store, 1179 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, during the month of November where "Coffee by the Cup" will be available for a charity donation, and 100 percent of it will go to The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc.
The Guardian Angel Cat Haven, Inc. is continuing to collect 5-cent redeemable beverage bottles/cans for its "Cans for Cats Crusade" program. No water bottles and do not crush your bottles/cans.
