'Read to a Dog' on Tuesdays at Hope Library
SCITUATE - Hope Library, 374 North Road, announces the following children's programs:
Read to a Dog - Tuesdays, Nov. 10, through Dec. 15, at 6 p.m. Meet Miss Lilly and her owner Marci Obringer, a registered pet therapy team. Learn about working dogs by listening to stories and take a turn reading to Miss Lilly. This six-week program is for children in grades 1-4. Space is limited, and registration is required.
Kids Craft: Thankful Heart Craft - Friday, Nov. 13, at 3:15 p.m. This program is for children in grades K-5.
Family Movie - On Saturday, Nov. 21, at 1:30 p.m., enjoy popcorn and a newly released animated children's movie.
Beginning Saturday, Nov. 7, the library will be open Monday and Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1-8 p.m.; and Saturday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
