Greenville library hosts programs for adults

SMITHFIELD - Greenville Public Library, 573 Putnam Pike, announces the following adult programs.

Cost Effective Marketing For Small Business on Friday, Nov. 13, 12:30 to 2 p.m. Registration is required.

Blood Pressure Clinic - A representative from Greenville Center will be at the library on Monday, Nov. 16, from 11 a.m. to noon to do blood pressure readings.

Holiday Card Program - Deborah Sutherland will teach participants how to make holiday cards on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 7-8 p.m. Registration is required.

Food For Fines - The library will once again be collecting non-perishable food items in lieu of fines from Sunday, Nov. 1, to Tuesday, Nov. 10. All food will be donated to the Smithfield Welfare Office.

The library will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 11 for Veterans Day; Wednesday, Nov. 25, at 5 p.m.; and Thursday, Nov. 26 for Thanksgiving.
